North Wales District Day - Rhyl 28th April 2007
Our thanks to the people at Rhyl for putting on an excellent day for us on Saturday 28th May. The whole event was well planned - by many people I am sure - and all the work was worthwhile because the day went very well. Plenty of opportunity to mix with fellow Christians from the District and to meet and talk with Elizabeth. A number of the churches put on workshops, including creative writing, creative art, music, drama, discussion. The children were well looked after - see other photographs. Refreshments - tes, coffee, biscuits were laid on and free! Plenty of other opportunities there to spend your money including worship material, books and tradecraft goods. If your brain was in gear you could also do a picture quiz, puzzles and a quiz based on the theme of the day.
All in all - well worth the effort people had put into the organising, the running and most of all being there.
