The Bible Year Materials are Published!
The booklet for the bible year of Vision4Life has been published and should be in the hands of churches in the next few days (20/11/08). You can see a pdf format version of the booklet under the Bible Year Menu or by clicking here. It is full of initial ideas for engaging with the Bible but it is now up to you. We hope you will use the materials to start you off and also develop your own ideas throughout the year. Over the next few weeks more materials will appear on this site so keep coming back. You can also download the videos for use with one of the studies in the booklet by clicking here.

Using the Bible Year Materials
The process is designed to be followed throughout the year right up to Advent 2009, so this will leave plenty of time to schedule things into church diaries throughout 2009. We anticipate that churches will have already planned busy Advent programmes and will look to using the pre-New Year period as a time of planning ready for a full launch of Vision4Life studies and events in 2009.
Vision4Life is a process which the United Reformed Church is following for 3 years from Advent 2008 through to Advent 2011. It will be three years of focus on re-engaging with the Bible, Prayer and Evangelism with the purpose of bringing transformation to the URC and its partner churches. Take a look through the contents of the site using the menu to the left. You can sign up to the process as a local church oro join in the forums as an individual below. There is lots to discover and the site will grow week by week with resources, comment and news.

All churches will now receive 2 copies of the Bible Year book "Celebrate the Feast" but you will only automatically get the DVD (which will be mailed out separately over the next few weeks) if you are a signed up church so you need to sign up first - use the link above. All materials will eventually appear on this site along with a whole host of additional resources not published elsewhere.
